Outdoor Fun aims to handle all online orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that some orders may take longer than others as we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

All purchases are insured by us while in transit until it is delivered to you

If your order cannot be delivered within the time frame specified, we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

As Outdoor Fun, online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend. As a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.

In times of adverse weather conditions or matters beyond our control, Outdoor Fun is not liable in contract negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage resulting from any failure to meet the stated delivery date howsoever caused.

We will endeavour to deliver to any location worldwide, and will try to accommodate all purchases from outside Ireland. If you would like your item(s) delivered outside of Ireland, please contact us at Sales@vincentully.com

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Outdoor Fun is not responsible for any delays in customs clearance.
